Rwandan Police Accused of Raping and Killing People During Lockdown

The human rights has raised concerns that the Rwandan Police force and the military have been committing serious crimes against humanity during the lockdown period.

At least two people have been reported to have been shot dead by the police. Others have been imprisoned in stadiums and women raped by people in uniforms.

The human rights has claimed that reporters and bloggers who have reported on the crimes have been detained too.

The military announced that it has opened investigations on these crimes.
